Amendment No. 1/2022 to the COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT for 2017 – 2022 was signed on December 20th, 2021.

Signing of the wage supplement for the year 2022

In the seventh round of collective bargaining, the management of TAMEH Czech agreed with the representatives of the trade unions on the content of the wage supplement to the Collective Agreement for 2022. It was signed on 20 December 2021 and shall take effect on 1 January 2022.

The most important agreed points for 2022 include the following:

  • Increase in the tariff component of wages by an average of CZK 1,700
  • Increase of remuneration for long - term financial results by 5%
  • Increase in monthly bonuses for selected "critical positions"
  • Increased surcharges for night shifts, weekends and emergency services
  • Expanding the group of rewarded workers who achieve a life and work anniversary
  • Increasing the number of reconditioning stays

In addition, in January 2022, TAMEH Czech will pay an extraordinary one-time bonus to its employees on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Energy plant.
