Employee grants announcement
The high level of the occupational health and safety management system is confirmed by the Safe Enterprise certificate. This is the fourth time that we at TAMEH have received this prestigious award granted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs together with the State Labour Inspection Office. The Safe Enterprise certificate is awarded for three years, and to maintain it, it is obligatory to pass a comprehensive internal audit. The certificate shows that the company has an occupational health and safety management system in place, thanks to which we have a high level of occupational safety. It is also proof of the functionality of this system in our workplace.
"The safety and health of our employees is one of our primary commitments. We pay constant attention to them in all areas of the company's activities, both by conducting thematic workplace inspections with union representatives and by holding regular communication meetings between the company's management and employees," said Ing. The Safe Enterprise program is one way to effectively implement occupational health and safety management into company policies.

At TAMEH, we plan to continue to maintain our high standards. In the future, we would like to motivate all employees to take responsibility for their own health, organise regular workplace inspections at all levels of management or modernise our workplaces.
Currently, 72 companies in the Czech Republic carry the Safe Enterprise award. At TAMEH, we have held this award since 2013.
