Employee grants announcement
In the sixth round of negotiations, the management of TAMEH Czech agreed with the unions on the final version of the wage supplement to the collective agreement. The signing took place on 23 January 2023 and the agreed changes are effective from 1 January 2023.
Employees can look forward to an increase in tariff wages, which will take place in three stages in 2023. Employees working in hazardous environments will also see an increase in their pay - for every second and additional environmental risk factor to which an employee is exposed, the stipulated premium for 2023 will also increase. Employees will receive a one-off bonus of CZK 10,000 in their February pay.
At the end of the negotiations, both sides thanked each other and appreciated the fair and correct approach in the negotiations.
